Projet final

Réalisation/ Évaluation Finale 40%

Évaluation finale

L'épreuve finale, 40% (20% WP, 20% OP), consiste en la version finale du projet. Votre travail finale doit mettre notamment en évidence la capacité de l'élève à :

·choisir judicieusement des acquis utiles à la réalisation du projet;

·intégrer de façon pertinente les résultats de la recherche;

·réinvestir de façon originale ses acquis;

·choisir et mobiliser des éléments techniques, formels et conceptuels pertinents;

·présenter un projet abouti et soigné;

·respecter le code linguistique;

·respecter le protocole de présentation des travaux;

·démontrer de l'autonomie et de l'initiative;

·choisir judicieusement des ressources documentaires variées en français et en anglais;

démontrer de la rigueur dans sa démarche.

The written part of the final project needs to be in English and should be between 3500 and 4500 words. You need to have a title page, table of content, 2 two-hundred-word abstracts (one in Spanish and one in German), an introduction, a development section (several sections: specific aspects), a conclusion and a bibliography. Use citations (quote or paraphrase) to support your views/opinions. Citations count in the total number of words, but keep them short. You can use citations from other languages.

Your document needs to be double-spaced and printed. For this project, you will need to justify your text on the left margin (flush left).You need to use a formal or neutral language. Follow the MLA format for papers with the hyperlinks on Moodle.

    The oral presentation part should be around 15 minutes and needs to be in English. No need to present the abstracts but you can use citations from other languages. You will present your project to the group. You need visual support (prezi or powerpoint). The visual support helps you be better understood but does not do the presentation for you.

You can use the MLA guideline for powerpoint presentations, but I put 2 short videos as well as Tedtalks on Moodle to help you. You can include short videos, excerpts… but that does not count for your presentation time. You can have keywords on a card, but DO NOT read a text as your oral presentation. Any student who reads their oral presentation will fail.

Le projet (volet écrit) sera remis le 29 avril avant 17:30.

Pour la présentation orale du projet (Cours 14 et 15: 6 et 13 mai), vous devriez créer un support visuel.

(Prezi ou PowerPoint).
